A little about me... I'm blessed to be married for over 21 years to Eric, a kind and extraordinarily patient husband.  I'm mother to our son Derek, who is a wonderful shining light in this world.  He took most of the photos for this site; thank you Derek!

Now on to the practitioner side of my life...

I am a Teacher, Hanna Kroeger Practitioner, Intuitive Healer and Herbalist.  I also find Biofeedback, Reiki, Energetics and Vibrational Medicine to be beneficial in my practice.

My passion is working with you to discover the true underlying cause of your ill health or struggles. Whether this be physical, emotional or spiritual in nature.  I also love educating on tinctures, homeopathy, herbs, flower essences, essential oils and nutrition to help you achieve true health and lasting happiness.
